About Elizabeth Williams, MFTA

Elizabeth Williams is an MFTA specializing in individual, couples and family therapy and maintains a private practice virtually and in Everett, WA.

As a marriage and family therapist, and as a graduate of Seattle Pacific University specializing in mental health counseling, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.

Elizabeth Williams is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.  She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. 

Further following her therapeutic passion of supporting couples and individuals, she has recently completed an ASSECT certification for Sex Therapists through the Northwest Institute of Intimacy. Normalizing and supporting the importance of sexuality, sensuality, exploration, passion, and connection in the daily lives of individuals and couples is an ingetral part of her therapuetic work, following alongside clients through their own healing journeys, walking them through defining and achieving their own personal and relational goals.

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University
